Our program aims to create high performance teams, extract from people the potential they do not yet know they have. Here young people have the opportunity to learn, accumulate knowledge and develop their skills. Our unique method is based on an exclusive work room for young people that simulates a STARTUP that provides technical and administrative support to other sectors of the company, so everyone learns the same work routines.
To participate of our program is necessaire that the candidate is between 14 and 24 years old and who is enrolled and attending school if he has not completed high school or enrolled in a learning program (art. 428, caput and § 1, clt). If the apprentice is a disabled person, there will be no maximum age limit for hiring (art. 428, § 5, clt).
Yes, but, a prior evaluation of our personal department is necessary, as in some cases the contract cannot be carried out.
The course during fourteen months.
The duration of the apprentice's working day is four hours, five days a week, two days of theoretical activities at the partner educational institution and three days of practical activity in our company.
